The process for allocating funds usually follows this format:
- Organizations are invited to apply.
- Applications are accepted until March 30 for spring and early summer needs.
- Applications are accepted until May 15 for needs in the remainder of the year.
- The Service Committee reviews all local need applications, the International Committee reviews the funds requested for international projects.
- Recommendations are made to the Board and then the Club for final decisions.
- The aim is to provide early funding by May and regular funding from August onward.
